Muthira upperi Thoran


  1. Horse gram
  2. Curry leaves
  3. Green chilly
  4. Red chilly powder
  5. Salt
  6. Mustard
  7. Garlic paste
  8. Water
  9. Turmeric powder

Steps of making

  • Wash and soak the horse gram.presuure cook this horse gram with salt and water for 4 whistles.after pressure cooked drain the hprse gram .
  • Heat oil in a pan and then add some mustard .when its crackled add garlic paste ,red chilly powder,Turmeric powder , one pinch of salt ,green chilly and stir this whole ingredients  for  2 minute.then add the drained horsegram  into this and put the curryleaves on them.cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes .Muthira upperi is ready now.

Rava laddu recipe


  1. Amul ghee
  2. Grated coconut
  3. Cashew nut
  4. Milkmaid
  5. Cherries
  6. Bombay rava

Seps of making

  • Take a pan add some amul ghee and add some rava into it and then  fry in low flame about  5 minutes.stir well until its get fried.
  • then add some grated coconut into this and stir well.
  • Add some cashew nuts into it and mix the whole ingredients and make small balls by  hands .serve into a plate.your rava ladu is ready now.

Paneer Butter Masala

This is a simple  butter recipe .Its take a few minutes to prepare.Tasty and spicy dish .Butter is the main dish in this recipe.Its have the same ingredients like  butter chicken.its smell so nice coz of the spices used to make this recipe.just read and hav a try guys .:) 


  1. Paneer/Cottage cheese/cubed or diced
  2. Salt
  3. Cream
  4. Green chilly
  5. Curry leaves
  6. Butter
  7. Ginger paste
  8. Tomato
  9. Onions
  10. Garlic paste
  11. Peppercorn
  12. Coriandrum
  13. Cloves
  14. Fenel seed
  15. Cinnamon
  16. Cardamom
  17. Water
  18. Coriander leaves

Steps of making

  • Put a pan on fire and add fennel seed, peppercorn, coriander ,cloves,cinnamon,cardamom stir well for 2 minutes.
  • Blend the spices using a blender and keep aside.
  • Put some oil in a pan and add the sliced tomatos and onions into that pan and add stir well.take it out after 5 minutes .
  • Blend  the cooked  tomatos and onion and keep aside.
  • Add 2tbsp of butter in  a pan and  add ginger paste garlic paste and then add  the blended   tomato onion  and blended spice mixtures .stir well the whole thing until its get  mixed together and the oil starts leaving the sides of pan .it takes around 10 minutes .add some water into this and mix well and cook for 5 minute .
  • Add the paneer into this and cook well.then add the amul cream into this and garnish with coriander leaves and have a happy recipe.
