Oreo cake recipe


                                   This is a cool oreo cake every can prepare.No need for  an oven to make this  .Only 4 ingredients required.An easy simple refrigerate oreo cake .Check it out the steps.

Ingredients

  1. Oreo biscuits
  2. Whipping cream
  3. Cream cheese 
  4. Granulated Sugar

Steps of making

  • Take a zip bag  and add some oreo biscuits first then crush them . take it out the biscuits into a bowl  and keep aside .
  • Take a blender and add some oreo biscuits and belnd well and keep aside  .
  • Take a bowl and add some cream cheese and then add sugar and finally add some whipping cream and mix the ingredients together.
  • The final step is the design of cake.First add the crushed oreo bicuits into the base and put some cream mix we prepared above it .ten add the blended biscuits on the top of cream and again do the process until your cream and blended biscuits finished.
  • Refrigerate this for 1 hr and serve to guest .Hav a happy desert:)

Detox Water

Ingredients

  1. Cucumber
  2. Mint leaves
  3. Lemon
  4. Water

Steps of making

  • Take a mug of water.
  • Cut the lemons into small  round shape .
  • Take cucumber and cut them into small round shapes.
  • Wash  mint leaves and put into the mug contain water .
  • Add the roundly cutted cucmber and lemon into the mug of water and shake all the ingredinets very well.
  • Allow this to mix for hours and drink this everyday .Your fat will burn out.


                               

Thyru Chammanthi recipe

   This is a special dish its named thyru chammanthi.We can make this dish as a side dish for biriyani  kind foods.We always make chammanthis and thyru separately for occassions.To think differently i made this tasty dish with simple steps.The mixing of the thyru and chammanthi gives a tasty yummy yogurt dish.Everybody will love this dish and the main avantage of the dish is we can reduce the plate of serving thyru and chammanthi separately.Shortly we can call this "Two In One" :)

Steps of making

  • Take a blender and add grated coconut ,green chilly,salt small onions and blend for 5 minutes.
  • Take a bowl and add one cup of yogurt and add chopped onions,tomato,cucumber,carrot and mix well.

Sugeen recipe

This is  a kerala snack item ,its normally ate during evenings.it can serve to childrens when they reach home after school.this is a simple easy recip eto try everyone .

Ingredients 

  1. Green gram
  2. Grated coconut 
  3. Jaggery
  4. Maida 
  5. Oil 
  6. Salt 
  7. Cardamom 
  8. Water  

steps of  making

  • Soak green gram  for 4 or 5 hours and pressure cook with salt and water for one whistle .
  • Take a bowl and add grated coconut , melted jaggery syrup and  green gram and mix the whole thing very well.Take a pinch of the mix and make small ball using hands and continue the same process til all the mix become balls.
  • Take a bowl and add some maida and water then mix well .
  • Heat oil in a pan and take the small balls and put in the maida batter and then deep fry in oil .serve as snacks to children.Hav fun :)
























Koorkka upperi


Ingredients

  1. Koorkka
  2. Turmeric power
  3. Salt
  4. Water
  5. Red chilly
  6. Curry leaves
  7. Mustard
  8. Garlic paste
  9. Small onions paste 
  10. Oil

Steps of making

  • Take a cooker and add Koorkka ,Turmeric powder ,Salt and cook for 2 whistle.
  • Hot  a pan and put some oil .Then put some  mustard .Then add Garlic paste , Small onions paste and red chilly .
  • Open the cooker cover and put  the koorka into the pan and  mix the all ingredients together and cook for 5 minutes. 
  • Garnish with more curry leaves and red chillies and serve into a plate.

Mango chammanthi recipe

My moms special mango chammanthi.Its really simple to make .If you  like spicy foodie you must try this and its only takes 5 minutes to preapare .

Ingredients

  1. mango
  2. Small onions
  3. Green chilly
  4. Salt
  5. Curry leaves
  6. Oil

Steps of making

  • Peel and cut mangoes into small pieces.
  • Take a blender and add mango,small onions,green chilly,,Salt and curry leaves and grind well.
  • Take a bowl and place this into it and put some oil .
  • Garnish with curry leaves .

Kappa puzhukku with gravy


Ingredients

  1. Tapioca
  2. Turmeric powder
  3. Salt
  4. Small onions
  5. Garlic paste
  6. Red chilly
  7. Mustard
  8. Curry leaves
  9. Water
  10. Oil
  11. Chilly powder

Steps Of Making

  • Peel the  tapioca and cut into small pieces.
  • Take a cooker and add  tapioca,turmeric powder,salt and add little water .Boil this for 1 whistle .
  • Take a pan put some oil and add mustard then chilly powder,garlic paste ,and mix this things together .
  • Open the cooker and add this prepared chilly content into it and mix well.
  • Garnish with curry leaves  and serve into a plate .


Red velvet cake recipe

Ingredients

  1. Salt-1tsp
  2. Baking soda-1tsp
  3. Vanilla essence -1tbsp
  4. Vinegar-1tsp
  5. Cocoa powder-2tsp
  6. Egg-2 
  7. Sugar-250g
  8. Plain flour-280g
  9. Butter-110g
  10. Butter milk-225ml
  11. Red food colouring gel-tbsp
  12. Cream cheese

Buttermilk at home 

Mix  1and 1/2 table spoon of lemon juice or vinegar into 200 ml milk and let it stand for 5-10 minutes.

Steps of making

  • Take a bowl and some plain flour ,cocoa powder and salt into it and mix well.
  • Take an another bowl and some butter and whisk very well till its become creamy. Add  sugar into this little by little and continue whisking .Add eggs into this one at a time  and whisk all very well.Add vanilla extract into the mixture and mix well.
  • The next step is mixing up the both dried and wet mixes.Add the flour mixture into the wet mixture and whisk very well till its smooth.Add prepared butter milk into this and red food colour gel into this mixture and whisk till smooth.
  • Take a cake tin and spread some butter over it and place  a butter paper .
  • Take a small bowl and combine vinegar and bicarbonate .Then add this into the batter mix and fold into cake mix.
  • Distribute this batter into the cake tin and bake it in a preheated  180deg oven for 25-30 minutes .
  • Let it allow to cool in the cake tin and turnout it into a plate and cut it into small equal size through the middle and spread  cream cheese for frosting between the layers .Also cover the tops and sides of the cake with the cream cheese and decorate with the crushed cake portions in the top.

  • Then  add the coconut mix into the vegtables cooked and add some yogurt and  oil and mix well using a spoon .Garnish  it with curry leaves and red chillies .
