Steps of making

  • Crush the breads into powder form  by hand.Its called bread crumbs.
  • Cut the tomatos , onions and green chillies  into small size  .
  • Hot a pan and put some oil .Then put 2 eggs and stir well.
  • When the eggs cooked add the chopped onions ,tomatos  and green chillies into this  and stir well.
  • Add the chilly powder,turmeric powder,pepper powder,curry leaves,  and salt into this and stir the whole ingredients very well.
  • Close the pan about  5 minutes .
  • Open the  cover of pan and add the bread crumbs ino the pan and mix the whole ingredients together.Add more salt and pepper powder if required .
  • Garnish with tomato sauce and  curry leaves and serve into bowl.

  A simple microwave  kiwi cake recipe .Similar to other cakes kiwi is the different  ingredient in this .add colour if you need green colour otherwise no need to add the colour.

  1. Maida-1 tea cup
  2. Kiwi crush-2tb
  3. Sugar-1/2 cup
  4. Whipping Cream powder-250 g
  5. Chilled milk-100 ml
  6. Garnishing star chocolates

  8. Vanilla essence-2 cap
  9. Chopped kiwi

  11. Baking powder--2tsp

  13. Green  food colour-2 drop
Steps of making

  • Take a bowl and add 2 eggs and beat well.Then add 100g of cascade sugar and 2 cap of vanilla essence. Add little amount of chilled water into this ingredients .It will increase the beating power of  the ingredients.
  • Add 1 small  tea cup of maida and 2 spoon of baking powder ,green colour and slowly mix the ingredients very well.
  • Pour this mixture into a baking bowl and  bake in microwave mode about 4 minutes.
  • When the green spoonge cake is ready  next step is making the cream.
  • Take a bowl and add whipping cream powder, chilled milk,kiwi crush , 2 kiwis  and Beat the ingredients very well until the cream become smooth cream  paste .
  • Slice the cake into 2 equal parts and spread the prepared cream on the first layer and  next put the next cake parts then add the cream .
  • Finally garnish the cake like in the picture with the cream and the star chocolates.

Steps of making

  • Clean and wash  beef .
  • Take a pressure cooker and add  Onion,Tomato,garlic ginger paste,green chillies,turmeric powder,coriander powder,pepper powder  and salt then mix the ingredients using a spoon.Then close the cover  and cook for 7 whistles.When the cooking is done  open the cover of the cooker and keep aside.
  •  Take a pot and put some oil.Rice brand oil is good for this recipe ,If you dont have this use coconut oil .
  • Then add sliced garlic ,shallots  and green chillies into the hot oil  and stir well .When the garlic colour changes to golden brown add  red chillies into this and stir well about 10 seconds.Then add the cooked beef into this pot and  also add some curryleaves on it and mix the whole ingredients very well .
  • After some time add red chilly powder and salt required to your taste.Allow to fry this whole ingredients about  5 minutes.Garnish with coriander and mint leaves and serve into a bowl.

  • Hot a pan and put some oil .Add sliced onions,Sliced green chillies  and stir well both til the onions colour get changes to golden brown .
  • Add the cooked beef we prepared into the onions contained pan and mix well.Then add little amount of chilly powder required.Add small amount if you are a less spicy person .Stir the whole ingredients and cook for  minutes .

  • First step is the preparation of the dosha batter .for this we need to put the rice  and urad dal  in water  previous day morning we gonna prepare dosha.
  • At night grind the rice , urad dal and  cooked rice by adding required amout of water by checking its consistency.and also add one pinch of yeast.
  • Take a dosha making  pan and add little amount of batter in a  circle  way and make doshas  :)

                     This is the masala that ate along with dosha .Actually this potato give the name masala dosha.This potato masala used as a filling in the doshas and it give the taste of masala dosha .we can replace the potato with kolli or whtever we want at home .

  • Take a pressure cooker and add sliced potato with salt ,turmeric powder and required amount of  water and cook for 3 whistle .After whistle, off the stove and  open the cover of cooker .
  • Hot a pan  and add some oil and crackle some mustard  and add some dry red chillies .
  • Add the cooked potatos into the pan and add chilly powder ,green chillies and garnish with curry leaves .Your masala is ready .Have with the above prepared dosha along with this masala .

  • Then add the pressure cooked lamb into this pan and  add garlic ginger paste and sliced green chilly  and ginger .close the cover of pan for few minutes til the onions become brown in colour.
  • Open the cover of pan and add the dry spices red chilly powder,turmeric powder,salt,garam masala,pepper powder ad mix the whole ingredients and again close the cover of pan for 2 minutes .
  • The final process is to add the yogurt and the lime juice and mix the whole ingredients once and  add the curry leaves ,mint leaves,coriander leaves ,and  finally add some more pepper powder and salt if more required(just use a spoon and taste the masala to know the level ) .
  • Serve into a servimg bowl and have with rice or chapathis whatever you wish to have with this.Hav fun :)

  • Heat oil in a pan and add this marinated cauliflower little by little and deep fry them in low flame  til its become crispy .
  • Heat some oil in a pan and saute onion,garlic,onions,carrot ,curry leaves   and green chilly.saute this all ingredients til the onions become brown in colour .Add tomato sauce and soya sauce into this and  add th fried cauliflower in this and cook for 2 minutes .
  • Off the stove and serve this into a serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.

For Kondattom

  2. Fennel seed-1tsp

  5. Finely chopped ginger -2tsp
  6. Onion-1cup
  7. Chilly flakes grinded -3tsp
  8. Garam masala-2tsp
  9. Tomato-2 cup

Method

  • Cut and clean the chicken very well .
  • Take a bowl and add  rice powder,chilly powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder ,salt and add some lemon juice then mix  the masala well .Next add the chicken and marinate the masala  on the chicken very well.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated chickens in low flame and keep aside .
  • Take some of the oil from the chicken fry pan and keep some for other purpose.
  • Again hot the excess oil in the same pan and first add fenugreek .then add cumin seed ,fennel seed ,finely  chopped garlic  ,finely chopped ginger   then saute them and add sliced onions and again saute   in a low flame .add some red chilly flakes grinded  ,garam masala and mix well.
  • Next add sliced tomato and add coriander leaves,curry leaves,garlic paste, ginger paste  and add some salt to taste .Again saute them well and add little amount of tomato sauce .
  • Hot a pan and pour some oil .then roast the coconut strips well and add some coriander leaves, curry leaves  and red chilly flakes .Then por the mixture into our kondattam and mix the whole things .
  • Close the pan and put some fire charcoal above and cook for more 5 minutes .

  • Serve this into a plate and garnish with some more curry leaves and coriandel leaves .
