Ingredients

  1. Egg-3
  2. Milk-1 litre
  3. Vanilla essence-1tsp
  4. Water-2tsp for caramel syrup
  5. Sugar-2tbsp  for caramel  and 250g for milk
  6. Bread slice-4
Steps of making

  • Boil milk with sugar and allow to cool.
  • Process egg,vanilla  essence, sugar, and bread slice in a processer.
  • Add the processed ingredients into the milk and keep aside.
  • caramalise 2tsp of sugar with  water.
  • Take a bowl and spread the caramel at first .Then pour the milk mixture into this and cover with an aluminium foil.
  • Then take a idli maker or pressure cooker and add some water first and put the pudding mixture that covered with aluminum foil next .Then close the vessel (idli maker  or cooker )and  cook for about 45 minutes.
  • Insert  a tooth pick to check its ready or not.
  • Refrigerate about 1/2 hour  and serve .

Ingredients

  1. Carrots-7
  2. Sugar-1/cup
  3. Orange essence-1 drop
  4. Cashew nuts

Method

  • Peel and grate carrots .
  • Put the grated carrots in a pan and switch on the stove.
  • Add 1/2 cup or 200g of sugar into this .
  • Mix well using a spatula.Add ghee or butter if required .it gives more taste.ignore if not need.
  • Add  2 or 3 cardamom  for the smell.
  • Close the pan about 15 minutes .The sugar will fully melted with the carrots.
  • After 15 mintes alow to cool them in room temperature .Dont put under fan .it wil make it more harder.
  • Add orange falvour for the smell .This will make a confuse to the people that is it orange laddu or carrot laddu.
  • mix the carrots well and make small balls by hands .
  • garnish with cashews and serve the simple tasty sweet carrot laddu .Have fun.

  • Hot  a pan and add the vegetables and the sieved water .Next add corn flour ,salt and pepper powder .

  • Add grated coconut in a jar and add water  .blend on high till the coconut is ground well.Strain in a fine sieve and collect the extract in a bowl.
  • Add the coocnut milk in the vegetables mixture and cook til its boiled .
  • Hot oil an another pan and add chopped small onions and put this into the mixture we prepared before .

Steps of making


  • In a stainless pan add 1/4 cup of sugar and 3 spoon of water .
  • Cook in a medium heat and Stirring continuesly with a spoon till the sugar is completely  dissolved .
  • Bring it to boil without stirring  until the colour changes to dark caramel brown .

Assembling 

  • Pour  the  caramel into the pudding maker plate as a base  first .
  • Pour the milk mixture next on the top.
  • Take a steamer and put some water first .Then pour the pudding maker plate in  the steamer and cook for about 30 minutes.
  • Check the pudding by putting   a stick through it .

  • Add this batter to the cauliflower and mix properly. Keep this about 10 minutes.
  • Hot some oil in a pan  and fry the cauliflower little by little .  At the final step add some curry leaves and sliced green chillies .
  • Serve into a bowl and garnish with more green chillies,lemon  and curry leaves.

  • After 15 min of marination  add the mainated chicken pieces into the skewers by piercing them right through the center.Add 5 pieces in one skewer and apply marinated masala over it .
  • Place the chicken stick on the pan  and lift the stick and check its ready .then flip the sides 
  • Sprinkle some  chopped curry leaves and   more pepper powder on it.
