Ingredients

  1. Tomato-4
  2. Green chillies-6
  3. Chilly powder-4tsp
  4. Salt-2tsp
  5. Turmeric powder-2tsp
  6. Water-1/4 cup
  7. Curry leaves
  8. Mustard-1tsp
  9. Oil

Method

  • Heat oil in a pan and crackle some mustard.
  • Next add the sliced tomatos and add  a pinch of salt.It  makes the cooking more easy .Then close the pan till the tomato gets cooked well.
  • Add the sliced  green chillies and  add the spices,chilly powder,turmeric powder  and mix well.Add more salt f required.
  • Next add 1/4 cup of water and add curry leaves.Close the pan about  10 minutes and serve this this with dosha and rice .

Method

  • Beat 4 eggs in a bowl and fry them by putting little by little in a pan .Then slice them in cubic anner and keep aside.
  • Put a pan on fire and add sliced onions,potato,tomatos,green chillies and add  turmeric powder,chilly powder,coriander powder ,salt,curry leaves  .Cook this along with water about 10 minutes .Switch off the fire when its done.
  • Add grated coconut in a jar and add water  .blend on high till the coconut is ground well.Strain in a fine sieve and collect the extract in a bowl.
  • Add the coocnut milk in the vegetables mixture and cook til its boiled .
  • Hot oil an another pan and add chopped small onions and put this into the mixture we prepared before .
  • Finally add the cubically sliced eggs into the gravy and serve the hot tasty egg masala curry into bowl .

Method
  • Hot a pan and add 2 tsp of butter .Add finely chopped onions and stir well til the onions changes to brown in colour.
  • Next add the spices  garlic paste , ginger paste ,garam masala ,coriander powder ,tomato puree ,salt,sugar and stir continuesly until all ingredietns get mixed well.Then add little water into this and again stir well.this will make the correct consistency and reduce the spiceness.
  • Finally add the paneer cubes and mix with the masala.Then close the pan about 10 minutes and serve into a plate after all gets cooked well.

Steps of making
  • Pressure cook Drumstick leaveswith   daal ,tomato,green chillies,small onions,garlic in water.Also add  Turmeric powder ,chilly powder,salt and cook for about 1 whistle.
  • Hot a pan and crackle some mustard in oil and add red chilly flakes . Pour this into the cooker .Serve into a bowl and have with rice .

                        Steps of making

                        • Grind  chopped coriander leaves ,mint leaves  and green chillies with yogurt and make a smooth paste and keep aside.
                        • Hot  a pana and add some oil .Next add the finley chopped onions and stir well.Add the cleaned washed chickens into this and allow to cook in low flame pan closed.
                        • Add garam masala ,garlic ginger paste,salt and pepper powder and mix well.
                        • Finally add the green masala grinded into this and mix well .Close the pan and cook in low flame till the chickens gets cooked .Add little water if required.
                        • Serve into a bowl and have with chapathi ,paratha or naan.Stay happy :)

                        • Hot a some oil in a pan .
                        • Add some mustard and allow to crackle.
                        • Add the  sliced ladies fingers into the pan and stir well.Then take out and keep aside 
                        • Hot another pan and add the ginger garlic paste .Then saute the finely chopped onions and tomato in oil.
                        • Add the chopped coriander leaves and green chillies and stir well.
                        • Finally add the fried ladies finger into the masala and serve into a bowl .
                        • Garnish with more coriander leaves .

                        • First step is the preparation masala.Blend  chilly   powder, turmeric powder,coriande powder with 1/2 cup of water.
                        • Take a pan and first add the masala  we prepared .Then add the tamarind pulp and add chopped tomato,small onions,green chillies ,garlic  ginger and curry leaves  .Then mix them well by hands.
                        • Put this masala  pan in flame and cook for about 5 minute  and add the cleaned washed fish into this  and again cook for about 10 more minutes.
                        • When its done take out from flame and keep aside.
                        • Hot oil in  a pan and add Chop small onions  ,garlic ,curry leaves  and  fenugreek and stir well and put this  into the curry we preapared and serve the hot spicy masala curry into a serving bowl .

                        Steps of making

                        • Onion is first boil  in some water and then grind into smooth paste. then Hot some oil in a pan and add the onion paste first.
                        • Next adding the cashew paste and badam paste.both pastes  are made by blending them with  some water .
                        • Adding the garlic paste,ginger paste,sliced green chillies ,cardamom ,salt,pepper powder into this pan and mix well using a tawa .
                        • Next  add the yogurt.it reduce the thickness taste of the spices .just check your taste and add more salt and pepper powder if required.
                        • Finally add 1 cup of water and stir well.Then add the cleaned washed chicken pieces into this and again just mix everything and add the urryleaves,mint leaves ,coriander leaves.
                        •  Close the pan and cook  about 15 minutes in low flame .
                        • When its cooked well serve into a bowl and garnish with fresh coriande  leaves.

                          • Next add the paste of garlic and ginger   into this and stir well.

                          • Also add half sliced green chillies  into this and add some coriander and curry leaves.
                          • Close the pan using its cover and cook for 5 minutes .
                          • Open the cover and the spices coriander powder,turmeric powder,pepper powder and salt.
                          • Finally add the tamarind pulp imto this and add 1 glass of water .thn  mix the whole ingredients .Add the remaining coriander leaves and curry leaves into this and close the pan and cook for 5 more minutes .
                          •  Move into a bowl and serve the hot rasam and have with your favourite food .

                          • Add the sliced onions first and stir well til its chnges into  little golden brown  in colour .
                          • Next add the sliced tomatos and  grenn chillies .again stir them very  well .
                          • Allow to cook til the onions and tomatos fully cooked.
                          • Add the flavouring powders chilly powder,pepper powder,turmeric powder ,salt ,curry leaves  and stir them.
                          • Add 1 cup of water and close the pan . cook in low flame about 5 minutes .
                          • After opening the pan add the sliced halves of eggs into the curry and again cook for  5 more minutes .

                          • After cook vegetables open the pressure cooker and take out them into a pan  along with the water contained . Add the salt and ghee into this. 
                          • Next step is adding the yogurt . Mix the whole ingredients very well.When the yogurt  mixed gravy becomes thicky  ,add the grated coconut grinded with green chilly and cumin seeds.
                          • Add the fenugreek grinded into this and stir the whole mixture.
                          • Final processing is to hot an another  pan and put some oil and  add some mustard and crackle them .Then add  some red chillies and curry leaves into this and put this whole thngs into the  other pan  and serve into a bowl .

                          • Then add finely chopped small onions and garlic, ginger paste and green chillies  into this and  saute well till its  softened.
                          • Next step is adding the spices into this .First add the coriander powder,chilly powder,turmeric powder and garam masala  and stir the whole ingredients and cook these on a gentle flame till aromatic .
                          • Add curry leaves and coriander leaves  into the masala  and  stir well.stir the all ingredients very well.
                          • Add the cleaned and washed beef pieces into the masala we prepared stir well  and add required amount of salt  and mix all ingredients .
                          • Add little amount of water into this mixture and stir well.Close the cooker and pressure cook this on high flame  for 2 steam whistle .
                          • After steam whistle open it and gently pour this beef curry into a serving bowl and have fun.

                          • Pour some maida on hands and make small balls using this dough .
                          • Take the small balls and put this in maida .then make naan using a roller.Now its ready to place on tawa.
                          • Hot a tawa and place  the naan on tawa and partially cook this.flip both sides .
                          • Take this naan out of thawa when its become browned in colour and charred.Apply some butter over and serve with your favourite curries .here it served with butter chicken .
