                          kozhi adas are really a tasty dish.This is my favourite one .You will like this tooo.Its a crispy crunchy kozhi ada fry.In other words savory crisp pocket filled with chicken .Its a dry and crunchy dish.the covering is similar to samosa.but this  have a special design .chicken filling are packed in a bag we can simply describe it like that. 
                        Chicken is the main ingredient.Mainly it contains only  two steps. First is making the fillings then making the chapathis .then arrange them in the shape and fry it in oil .Simple to make and tasty to have .Its crispy in nature .The steps are below.

Ingredients

  1. Chicken
  2. Green chilly
  3. Garlic
  4. Maida
  5. Oil
  6. Garam masala
  7. Salt
  8. Onions
  9. Coriander leaves
  10. Ginger
  11. Chilly powder
  12. Turmeric powder
  13. Water

Steps of making

  • Clean the chicken and  cook the chicken with water ,salt,chilly powder,turmeric powder .aftet that knead the chicken well .
  • Hot a  pan and add the chopped  onions,chilly,garam masala,smashed ginger ,garlic  and roast them until its changes its colour.
  • Add the cooked chicken into the mixture  for few minutes.
  • make small maida chapathi by using water ,maida ingredients .
  •  Fill the mixture into the small maida chapathis and fold them in the  shape and seal it and pres the edges by fork.its make the design  and shape is like in the picture.
  •  Heat oil in a pan  and add the kozhi vadas and deep fry in this oil.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and  onions .

                                    chicken fry is the most tasty and spicy fry and most people like make and eat it.Chicken fry is a main dish  in almost every functions/parties.
            We can fry chicken in differet ways.we can add more ingredients to make the dish more tasty like cardamom, cloves etc. if required more spicy add little cardamom powder .
                     The stuffness of the fries retain by the cornflour. cornflour  makes it stuffy and tasty.we can fry them in oil or bake it in oven or barbecue or grill or smoke .Every method is applicable with this masala.only size of the chicken matters.

  3. Chilly powder
  4. Garlic paste
  5. Turmeric powder
  6. Salt
  7. Ginger paste 
  8. Corn flour
  9. Lemon juice
  10. Neem leaves

Steps of making

  • First step is to make masala. Take a bowl and add ginger paste,salt ,garlic paste,turmeric powder,chilly powder,corn flour and mix the whole thing well .
  • Add the chicken pieces into the masala  and mainate the masala on the chicken properly.
  • After marinating the masala on the chicken  keep  it for 2-3 hours.
  • Take and heat  a pan and add some oil .Then add  one by one chicken pieces into the pan .
  • Deep fry the chicken in a low flame.High flame make it to charred by fire.so check and fry in low flame .
  • It takes around 15-20 minutes for frying this.After that serve into a plate and garnished with Neem leaves.

 French fries served hot,crispy or soft. its commonly appear in  fast food menus.its generally salted and served with tomato ketchup.
            Nobody have time in the busy world .so freezing the chopped potatos in refrigerator for hours is not possible .so here is an another simplest way to make the french fries.

Ingredients

  1. potato
  2. water
  3. oil
  4. salt
  5. cornflour

Steps of making

  • Peel and rinse the potato .then slice them in length wise  in same size .it will look like sticks.
  • Take a vessel and boil water .
  • when the water reaches it boil point add the sliced potatos into the hot boiled water .
  • Add some salt into the water.can also add salt after frying if its required.
  • then allow the potato in the hot water  for 3-4 minutes.then take it out into a plate .
  • wait for few minutes to allow the water contained in the potato to become  dry .
  • Then sprinkle some cornflour over  the potato .then mix well.
  • Hot a pan and put some oil and fry them in low flame until it become fried.

            Bananafry is a all time favourite  common and easy snack of all malayalees .we can prepare it within a few minutes.it does not require a great cooking experience .everyone can make this.Pazhamporis are the beginners snack .coz its simple to make .

            Banana is the main ingredient of this recipe and dip the banana in a prepared dough and frying makes perfect tasty crispy bananas .Its a light sweet in taste and yellow in colour .Roll them into a paper towel for takeout the excess oil contained in it after frying .the steps are below .

Ingredients

  1. Banana
  2. All purpose flour  
  3. Water 
  4. Salt 
  5. Sugar
  6. Tamarind powder
  7. Egg  
  8. Oil
  9. Rice flour

steps of making

  •  Slice bananas for required size.

  •  Then mix all purpose flour tamarind    powder, salt,egg,sugar,rice flour  together with        water .
  • Then dip the banana into the preapared batter.
  •  Then fry them until they become golden brown .flip them in between.
