Ingredients

  • Milk-1 1/2 glass
  • Semolina-1tbsp
  • Ghee as required
  • Pineapple essence-1tsp
  • Yellow food colour-1tsp
Method
  • Take a pan.
  • Add milk into the pan.
  • Add semolina into the milk and combine both together.
  • Turn on the stove and cook this until its become thick.
  • Add pineapple essence for nice smell.This step is optional.Also you can add various essence like vanilla essence  depends your favour
  • Add yellow food colour.This step is optional.Also you can add various colour depends your favour.
  • Stir continuesly .Otherwise it will burn.
  • Add little by little ghee into this .So that it start to reach its halwa structure.
  • the halwa is ready when it starts to slip out of the pan.
  • Turn off the stove and move this into a bowl.
  • Place a foil paper in a table .
  • Place the halwa dough in one end of the foil paper.
  • Cover the halwa with half of foil paper and roll on it with a chapathi roller.This step is done to reduce the thickness of the ice halwa.
  • Separate the foil paper from the halwa and place a butter paper on it.
  • Flip the halwa along with butter paper and foil paper.
  • Again replace the other side foil paper with butter paper.
  • remove the excess portion of the halwa than the butter paper.
  • Divide the halwa into 4 portion.
  • cut them and place it like in the above given picture.
  • Refrigerate and have fun having bombay ice halwa.

Ingredients
  1. Mango -4  no
  2. Sugar-1/2 cup
  3. Cardamom powder-1tsp
  4. Cornflour-4tsp
  5. Water
  6. Ghee
  7. Cashewnut
Method

  • Peel and slice mango .
  • Grind mango pieces into mango puree.
  • Hot a pan and add some ghee.
  • Add mango puree into this ghee.
  • Stir continuesly
  • Dilute 4 tsp cornflour in water and add into the mango puree.
  • Add 1/2 cup sugar and stir continuesly.
  • Add more ghee if required.
  • Stop flame when its started to leave the  sides of pan .
  • Add cardamom powder and cashewnut.
  • Pour this into a tray .
  • Allow to cool in room temperature and then refrigerate about 2 hour.
  • Serve into a bowl.

Ingredients

  1. Saffron-one pinch
  2. Milk-1/2 litre
  3. Lemon juice-2tsp
  4. Water-1 cup
  5. Sugar-3/4 cup
Method

  • Boil milk in a pan and when its starts its high boiling point turn off the flame and add 2tsp lemon juice .
  • Stir the milk continuesly .Then you can see the milk starts to  curdle.
  • Pour the curdled milk into a bowl through a mesh cloth strainer.
  • Rinse it well by water many times and squeezethe water from it.
  • Reserve it like a chapathi dough.knead it smooth by hands .
  • Make small balls  like ladus.
  • Hot 1 cup water and add 3/4 cup sugar in it.
  • Add the small balls into the water and close cook it about  50 minutes until the sponges gets cooked .
  • After the cheeseballs gets cooked take out them into a bowl and add some of the sugar water .
  • garnish with saffrons and have it .

  1. Basmati Rice-2cup(1litre)
  2. Chicken-1 1/2kg
  3. Ginger paste-1tsp
  4. Coriander leaves
  5. Mint leaves
  6. Garlic paste-1tsp
  7. Green chillies-7no
  8. Tomato-5no
  9. Onion-5 no
  10. Coruander powder
  11. Chilly powder-1tsp
  12. Turmeric powder-1tsp
  13. Fenugreek-1tsp
  14. Pepper powde-2tsp
  15. Cloves
  16. Cardamom
  17. Garam masala-1tsp
  18. Cinnamon
  19. lemon juice-2 no
  20. Curd-5tsp
  21. Dalda/Ghee
  22. Saffron
  23. Cashewnut
  24. Raisins
  25. Salt
  26. Pineapple essence

Method

  • Hot a cooker.
  • Add  some ghee.
  • Roast cashews and raisins.
  • Add the spices cinnamon,cloves,fenugreek and cardamom.
  • Add 5 sliced onion and stir well until its turn to golden brown in colour.
  • Add 2tsp ginger garlic paste and stri well.
  • Add five sliced tomatos into this and stir well.
  • Add 2tsp coriander powder,1tsp chilly powder,1tsp turmeric powder ,1tsp pepper powder and 1tsp garam masala.
  • Mix everything well.
  • Add 2 lemon juice and 5tsp curd.
  • Add some curry leaves and mint leaves.
  • Next add the cleaned washed 1 1/2 kg chicken pieces into this masala and mix well.
  • Close the cooker and cook about 7 minutes.
  • After 7 minutes open the cooker and add 1 cup water .
  • Add the washed rice and mix well.
  • Add 2 drops of pineapple essence and  add oinch of saffron.
  • Add more coriander leaves .
  • Close the cooker and pressure cook for 1 whislte .
  • After whistle open the cooker and mix the rize and chicken very well and serve into a bowl and have fun.

Ingredients

  1. Milk-1 litre
  2. Vanilla essence-1tsp
  3. Powdered sugar-1cup
  4. Egg white-4
  5. Corn flour-3tbsp

Method

  • Boil 1/2 litre milk in a pan .
  • Take a bowl and dilute corn flour  in water.Add this into the hot boiling milk and Stir continuesly .
  • Add powdered sugar into this and again stir continuesly.
  • When once it gets thick creamy structure allow to cool in room temperature.
  • Take a bowl and add yolk separated egg whites and blend well until its become smooth.
  • Add 1tsp vanilla essence and the rest of sugar .Again beat well until its become smooth and fluffy.
  • Add the corn-milk mixture   into the egg mixture and beat well.
  • Move the batter into a pudding tray.
  • Grate some chocolate on the top.
  • Refrigerate about 1 hour and serve .
