  1. Watermelon-1cup of  chopped watermelon cubes
  2. Orange-2
  3. Sugar-2tbsp
  4. Cold water-1/2 litre


  • Peel and chop orange into small size .
  • Blend the watermelon,orange ,sugar in 1/2 litre of water in a blender  .
  • Slice watermelon in cubic manner and orange in roundly manner.Garnish with these like in the picture .
  • Serve this watermleon orange juice orange juice immediately with or without ice cubes .

Golgappa  Ingredients

  1. Semolina-1cup
  2. Maida-2tbsp
  3. Salt
  4. Oil
  5. Baking soda-1/4 tsp
  6. Water

Method to make golgappa

  • Take   semolina ,maida,baking soda ,salt in a bowl .
  • Add little water  into this for making the dough .
  • Cover it with a wet cloth and keep aside for about 30 minutes.
  • Remove the cloth and again knead again .
  • Divide it into  small parts and roll into a  roti shape .
  • Make small round puris by using a small lid .
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry them  in low flame until it become crispy  . 

Pani Ingredients 

  1. Mint leaves-1/2 cup
  2. Coriander leaves-3/4 cup
  3. Ginger-1 inch
  4. Green chillies-2
  5. Salt-as required 
  6. Water-2 cup
  7. Cumin powder-1tsp
  8. Tamarind water-1tbsp
  9. Sugar-1tbsp

Method to make green pani 

  • Take a blender and add the mentioned all ingredients such as mint leaves,coriander leaves,ginger,green chillies ,salt,cumin powder,tamaind water,sugar.
  • Add little water and grind to a fine green chutney .
  • Move this chutney into a large  bowl and  add 2 cup of water into this .

Ingredients of stuffing

  1. Potato-2
  2. Onion-1
  3. Coriander leaves
  4. Cumin powder-1tsp
  5. Chilly powder-1/4tsp
  6. Salt-as required

Method to make stuffing 

  • Boil potatos .Then peel them and chop them.
  • Chop onions into small size .
  • Take a bowl and add the potatos,onions,coriander leaves,cumin powder and salt .

Assembling panipuri

  • Crack the puri.
  • Add 2 tsp of the potato-onion  mixure first .
  • Stir the green pani and add little into this .

  1. Noodles-1 packet
  2. Egg-2
  3. Green chillies-2
  4. Salt-as needed
  5. Water-1 cup
  6. Chilly powder-2tsp
  7. Capsiccum-1
  8. Curry leaves-as needed
  9. Pepper powder-2tsp
  10. Coriander leaves-as needed
  11. Tomato-1
  12. Onions-1
  13. Oil-4tsp


  • Boil water in a pan along with noodles salt and little oil.
  • Cook this about 5 minutes .Dont overcook noodles.
  • After cooking drain the water from it and keep aside.
  • Hot an another pan and add some oil .Next add the sliced tomatos . onions, and green chillies  into this and cook about 5 minutes til its change its colour.
  • Add the coriander powder,chilly powder,pepper powder into this and stir well.Add more  salt if required.Then Add  the chopped coriander leaves  and mix well.
  • Crack eggs and stir well.Finally add the cooked noodles into this and  mix everything well.Close the pan and cook about 2 minutes in low flame .Finally garnish with curry leaves.
