Ingredients


  1. Coco powder-2 tbsp
  2. Sugar-2 tbsp
  3. Baking powder-1/2 tsp
  4. Oil-1 tbsp
  5. Egg-1 no
  6. Milk-2tbsp
  7. Salt-1 pinch

Method 

In oven 

  • Take a mug and add  all the dry ingredients together (coco powder,salt,baking powder).Whisk all the dry ingredients very well using a spoon.
  • Next add the wet ingredients (oil,milk) and whisk well. 
  • Microwave it for about  2 minutes.

In cooker
  • Take a mug and add  all the dry ingredients together (coco powder,salt,baking powder).Whisk all the dry ingredients very well using a spoon.
  • Next add the wet ingredients (oil,milk) and whisk well. 
  • Take a cooker and carefully place a sieve or an idli stand first inside the cooker .This avoids the direct contact of cake mug with the cooker base and high heat .
  • Now keep the  cake mug on top of sieve and close the cooker lid.Make sure that you removed the cooker whistle .After cooking it in 10 minutes switchoff the stove and keep aside  for 5 min.Do not open the cooker .
  • After 5 minutes open the cooker and take it out  the mug and let it cool down for 2minutes.



Caramel bread pudding,recipe,pudding recipe,

Ingredients 


  1. Bread crumbs-10 no
  2. Milk-1/2litre
  3. Vanilla essence-2tsp
  4. Sugar-3tbsp
  5. Eggs-3 no
  6. Sugar-2tsp(for caramelization)
  7. Water-1tsp(for caramelization)

Method

  • First process is the caramelization.Melt 2 tsp of  sugar in 1 tsp of water .When it turn into brown off the flame and keep aside.
  • Boil milk in a pan and add 1 cup of bread crumbs,sugar,vanilla essence,egg and mix well.
  • Hot some water in a pan and put the caramelized bowl first.Next add the pudding mixture into his bowl and wrap it with  aluminium foil paper.Cover the pan and cook about 40 minutes .
  • After 40 minutes remove the pudding from the bowl and refrigerate about 2 hours and serve .

Ingredients


  1. Mango-4
  2. Sugar-1/2 cup
  3. Milk-1/2 litre
  4. Gelatine-1 packet
  5. Hot water-1/4 cup

Method

  • Take 1 packet of  gelatine in a bowl and add boiled hot water and fully  dissolve the gelatine .
  • Peel and slice 4 mangos and keep aside.
  • Take  a mixer and add 1/2 litre of milk and sliced mangos and  1/2 cup of sugar .Process them until smooth mango puree.
  • Move the mango milk mixture into a pudding tray .
  • Garnish with chopped mangos ,cherries and dates.
  • Refrigerate this atleast 3 hours then serve .

Method

  • Boil milk in a pan and add sugar in it.Completely dissolve sugar in it .
  • Take some milk and add the sliced china grass and melt them fully .
  • Add the china grass milk into the prepared boiled milk and allow to cool.
  • Move this into a pudding tray and garnish with sliced bananas and cherries.
  • Freezer this about 3 hour then serve .

Method 

  • Clean and wash fish very well.
  • marinate fish with garlic paste,ginger paaste,chilly powder,turmeric powder,salt,oil and leave for 10 minutes.
  • take a banana leaf and place the fish in it .
  • Add the chopped garlic,small onions  and curry leaves  on it and wrap the banana leaf and tie by a small rope .
  • Hot a pan and put the banana fish in it .flip in between
  • Cook about 15 minutes both sides .
  • When the banana leaf fully charred remove it from the pan and  place in a plate and sere the fish along  with  rice or something you like to have .

  1. Wheat  flour roasted -1 cup
  2. Salt to taste 
  3. Banana leaf
  4. Hot water as required 

Filling

  1. Grated coconuts-1 cup
  2. Cardamom powder-2tsp
  3. Jaggery melted -1/2 cup

Method

  • First step is the preparation of dough .Hot some water and add rice flour,salt and make a smooth dough similar to pathiri dough.Then keep aside .
  • Next step is the mixing of everything into a single form.For this take a bowl and add the grated coconuts and melted jaggery as required.Mix well the whole ingredients using a spoon and keep aside.
  • Take the ladu size dough in the center of the leaf and  flatten it with finger .Dip our hands in water and then flatten the dough.it will help to spread the dough in leaf.
  • Spread the mixed sweet ingredients on it and fold the leaf in half.
  • Place the ada in a steamer /idly cooker and steam for 15 minutes .
  • Your ada is now ready and Ssrve the  sweet yummy ada by removing the banana leaf .

Ingredients

  1. Sugar-1 cup
  2. Tender coconut-1 cup
  3. Coconut water-1 cup
  4. Ghee-200g


Method

  • Blend the ilaneer in a mixer with coconut water and keep aside.
  • In a heavy bottom pan heat a tsp of ghee and add  2 cups of  ilaneer juice  we prepared and saute well.
  • Saute for 2 minutes and add 1/4 cup of   coconut  water from ilaneer .And cook about 2 minutes by covered.
  • Once it completely cooked add 1 cp of sugar into this and mix well until its fully dissolved in it.
  • Add ghee little by little in regular intervals .
  • When it  will thicken and start leavin pan stir continuesly.otherwsie it will burn.
  • Switch off the flame and add roasted cashews for garnishing.

  • Grind the breads in a grinder or mixer.
  • Keep aside some amount of bread crumbs for coating.
  • Take the amount of grinded breadcrumbs and add sugar,chopped bananas,and roasted cashews into this and make a smooth dough .
  • Make small balls and coat them in  other some  bread crumbs we keep.
  • heat oil in a pan and deep fry them till its turn the golden colour .

Method

  • Take a bowl and add the red chilly powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,salt,rice powder,vinegar and make a smooth thick masala paste .
  • Marinate the fish with the prepared masala  and keep aside for about 5 minutes.
  • Heat some oil in a pan and add deep fry the masala marinated fish in low flame.Flip them in between.
  • Serve this into a plate and keep aside.
  • Hot a pan and roast  some green chillies and curry laves  in little oil.
  • Sprinkle the green chillies and curry leaves on the top of fish and  garnish the plate with grated tomatos ,onions  and half of lemon.

Ingredients

For Laddu
  1. Besan flour - 1 cup (250 gms)
  2. Water - 3/4 cup
  3. Orange red food color - a small pinch
  4. Baking soda - less than 1/4 tsp
  5. Sunflower oil - 1 cup for frying

For sugar syrup

  1. Sugar - 1 cup (250 gms) use good quality of sugar like parry's sugar.
  2. Water - 1/2 cup (125ml)
  3. Orange red food color - a dot sized pinch

Method

  • Take a bowl and add besan flour,baking soda,orange food colour .Then add require water and make a smooth batter for making ladu mani without lumps.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add the batter we prepared through a holed ladle .this calls making of bhoondis.
  • Let the bhoondis fall into the hot oil and its get cook til its crispy.
  • When its done move the bhoondis into a  tissue to remove the excess oil in it .
  • Take an another pan and add sugar  and red  food colour into a 1 cup of water.bring it to boil till the sugar fully dissolved in it .
  • When its reach the consistency  once add the cardamom powder and keep aside .
  • Add the bhoondis into the prepared sugar water and mix them well.remove the excess sugar water by boiling it.
  • Make the small ball shape  ladus taking the ladumanis by hands.
  • Serve into a plate and garnish with cashews or pistachio.

Method

  • Roast rava in a pan is the first step .Add little by little rava and make sure that its  fully roasted then keep aside .
  •  Take a pan and pour some oil .Next crackle some mustard in it.
  • Add the chopped onions and stir well.Add pinch of salt. this make the onions  easily get cooked .
  • Next add sliced tomatos,curry leaves ,coriander leaves,garlic,ginger ,green chilly  and saute for 3 minutes.
  • Add the water and bring the mixture to boil.
  • Finally add the roasted rava into this and mix well.
  • Cover it with a lid and cook in low flame
  • Turn off heat and move into a plate and garnish  with more  curry leaves ,cashew nuts. .

Method
  • First steps is the preparation of rice balls .for this hot some water and add pinch of salt then  add the fine roasted rice flour little by little and mix it eventually with  a spoon .
  • Remove from flame and keep it aside .
  • When the dough is still warm knead it well with hands till its soft and smooth( if its too hot dip your hands in cold water  while kneading).
  • Make small balls like in the picture from the kneading dough and keep aside.
  • Clean and wash some prawns and marinate with salt and red chilly powder.Next fry them in hot oil and keep aside.
  • Hot some water in a pan and add the small rice balls  we prepared .then add some salt and mix slowly .
  • Add the fried prawns into this and mix well.
  • When  the water becomes little dry  add the coconut milk  slowly into this mix the whole ingredients.
  • Add roasted cashew nuts and finally add cardamom  have  fun :)
