  1. Tomato-4
  2. Green chillies-6
  3. Chilly powder-4tsp
  4. Salt-2tsp
  5. Turmeric powder-2tsp
  6. Water-1/4 cup
  7. Curry leaves
  8. Mustard-1tsp
  9. Oil


  • Heat oil in a pan and crackle some mustard.
  • Next add the sliced tomatos and add  a pinch of salt.It  makes the cooking more easy .Then close the pan till the tomato gets cooked well.
  • Add the sliced  green chillies and  add the spices,chilly powder,turmeric powder  and mix well.Add more salt f required.
  • Next add 1/4 cup of water and add curry leaves.Close the pan about  10 minutes and serve this this with dosha and rice .
