rava kesari,sweets recipe,semolina ,sooji kesari


  1. Rava-1 cup
  2. Cashew nut
  3. Raisins
  4. Water-2& 1/2 cup
  5. Sugar-1 cup
  6. Ghee-1/2 cup
  7. Colour-4 pinch


  • Roast rava in low flame. when its  colour start to change, trasfer it to a plate.
  • Take a pan and add 2 and /2 cup of water and add 4 pinch of  colour and mix well.
  • Put the  roasted rava little by little into the water and stir  well.
  • Next add some sugar into this and mix well.
  • When the water fully drain add put some ghee  and mix well.
  • Garnish with cashews and raisins.
