  1. Egg-3
  2. Milk-1 litre
  3. Vanilla essence-1tsp
  4. Water-2tsp for caramel syrup
  5. Sugar-2tbsp  for caramel  and 250g for milk
  6. Bread slice-4
Steps of making

  • Boil milk with sugar and allow to cool.
  • Process egg,vanilla  essence, sugar, and bread slice in a processer.
  • Add the processed ingredients into the milk and keep aside.
  • caramalise 2tsp of sugar with  water.
  • Take a bowl and spread the caramel at first .Then pour the milk mixture into this and cover with an aluminium foil.
  • Then take a idli maker or pressure cooker and add some water first and put the pudding mixture that covered with aluminum foil next .Then close the vessel (idli maker  or cooker )and  cook for about 45 minutes.
  • Insert  a tooth pick to check its ready or not.
  • Refrigerate about 1/2 hour  and serve .
