chicken fry is the most tasty and spicy fry and most people like make and eat it.Chicken fry is a main dish  in almost every functions/parties.
            We can fry chicken in differet ways.we can add more ingredients to make the dish more tasty like cardamom, cloves etc. if required more spicy add little cardamom powder .
                     The stuffness of the fries retain by the cornflour. cornflour  makes it stuffy and tasty.we can fry them in oil or bake it in oven or barbecue or grill or smoke .Every method is applicable with this masala.only size of the chicken matters.

Ingredients

  1. Chicken
  2. Oil
  3. Chilly powder
  4. Garlic paste
  5. Turmeric powder
  6. Salt
  7. Ginger paste 
  8. Corn flour
  9. Lemon juice
  10. Neem leaves

Steps of making

  • First step is to make masala. Take a bowl and add ginger paste,salt ,garlic paste,turmeric powder,chilly powder,corn flour and mix the whole thing well .
  • Add the chicken pieces into the masala  and mainate the masala on the chicken properly.
  • After marinating the masala on the chicken  keep  it for 2-3 hours.
  • Take and heat  a pan and add some oil .Then add  one by one chicken pieces into the pan .
  • Deep fry the chicken in a low flame.High flame make it to charred by fire.so check and fry in low flame .
  • It takes around 15-20 minutes for frying this.After that serve into a plate and garnished with Neem leaves.
