kaipakka curry| Bitter guard curry recipe

        This is a simple recipe .Bitter gourd is not everyones list but its contains  vitamins .Its a unique vegetable fruit that can be used as food or medicine .Its commonly bitter among all fruits and vegetables .But this recipe make the bitter less .just try the recipe 


  1. Tomato
  2. Bitter gouard
  3. Green chilly
  4. Tamarind
  5. Turmeric powder
  6. Salt
  7. Water
  8. Coconut milk
  9. Coriander powder
  10. Chilly powder
  11. Curry leaves
  12. Mustard
  13. Fenugreek
Steps of making
  • Slice the tomato and bitter gourd and also take some water and add tamarin for some time .Takeout the pulp after some time and keep aside 
  • Then hot  a vessel and add the sliced bitter gouard and tamaringd pulp and cook for about 10 minutes .
  • Add sliced tomato and green chillies into this .
  • Take some coconut milk and add chilly powder,turmeric powder,Salt  and coriander powder and  blend in a mixer.then add this into the pan and cook for 5 minutes .
  • Hot a  pan and add some mustard  and crackle them .Then add fenugreek, 2 red chillies ,curry leaves and coriander leaves.then add this whole things to the bitter gouard pan and mix whole things together and serve into bowl .hav fun :)
