Chilly Gopi(Cauli flower) recipe

This is a  simple cauliflower recipe .We replace this dish for the vegetarians in the place of chicken.Easy to make and tasty to have .Follow the steps to make a delicious spicy cauliflower recipe 

Ingredients

  1. Cauliflower
  2. Tomato
  3. Onion
  4. Carrot
  5. Ginger
  6. Garlic
  7. Green chilly
  8. Capsicum
  9. Corander leaves
  10. Tomato sauce
  11. Soya sauce 
  12. Curry leaves
  13. Cornflour
  14. Maida
  15. Rice flour
  16. Chilly powder
  17. Gram flour
  18. Ginger paste
  19. Garlic paste
  20. Salt
  21. Oil
  22. Water

Steps of making

  • Take a big pan and  add some  hot water and put some salt and dip the cauli flower in this about 10 minutes . 
  • Dry the cauliflower and put  into a dry bowl. Add  chilly powder  ,corn flour , salt, rice flour, maida , gram flour, ginger paste,garlic paste and sprinkle some water over it and mix all the ingredients together .
  • Heat oil in a pan and add this marinated cauliflower little by little and deep fry them in low flame  til its become crispy .
  • Heat some oil in a pan and saute onion,garlic,onions,carrot ,curry leaves   and green chilly.saute this all ingredients til the onions become brown in colour .Add tomato sauce and soya sauce into this and  add th fried cauliflower in this and cook for 2 minutes .
  • Off the stove and serve this into a serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
