Oats uppmavu simple recipe

            This is a special recipe of oats.Upma is a south indians usual food .The speciality of the recipe is oats .Its Simple and tasty recipe .The main ingredint of the recipe is oats .Oats contain high rich of nutrients. Oats contain more soluble fiber than any other grain, resulting in slower digestion.Lets try the simple oats recipe below and  must give a try  .


  1. Oil
  2. Mustard
  3. Curry leaves 
  4. Tomato
  5. Onion
  6. Green chillies 
  7. Oats
  8. Salt
  9. Water
  10. Small onion
  11. Egg
  12. Coriander leaves

Steps of making 

  • Take a pan and Fry the oats in a low flame and keep aside .
  • Hot a pan and add some oil and crackle some mustard .
  • Then add sliced onion,tomato,green chillies ,curry leaves and   cook for 5 minutes and add some salt and little water and mix well.When the water and contents mix together add the fried oats into this and stir well.
  • Close the cover of pan about 10 minutes .Serve into a plate and garnish with coriander leaves.
