For gulab jamun 

  1. Bread-16
  2. Milk-1 cup

For sugar syrup

  1. Sugar-1/2 cup
  2. Water--2 cup
  3. Cardamom-5

Steps of making

Sugar syrup

  • Hot water with cardamom and  sugar .
  • Cook the sugar syrup on fire til its reach the consistency.
  • Takeout from the fire and keep aside.

Gulab jamun
  • Remove the sides of bread slices .
  • Crush the bread slices .
  • Add milk and mix well.
  • Take some oil in hands and make  small gulab jamun balls by hands .
  • Hot oil in a  pan .
  • Add the balls and fry them in low flame til its reach the brown golden colour.
  • When they become golden  take out from pan and add it to the sugar syrup .
  • Let themsoak in the sugar syup about  2 hour .
  • Serve the tasty sweet gulab jamuns with the sugar syrup.
