simple,easy,egg curry,gravy,non veg,egg recipe


  1. Egg-4
  2. Water-1 cup
  3. Onion-4
  4. Tomato-3
  5. Green chillies-5
  6. Chilly powder-3tsp
  7. Turmeric powder-1 1/2 tsp
  8. Salt-2tsp
  9. Pepper powder-2tsp
  10. Curry leaves 
  11. Coriander leaves 
Steps of making 

  • Boil the eggs in a bowl of water with salt .After boling take out the eggs and remove the egg shells and slice them by two halves and  keep aside .
  • At first hot a pan and put some oil  .
  • Add the sliced onions first and stir well til its chnges into  little golden brown  in colour .
  • Next add the sliced tomatos and  grenn chillies .again stir them very  well .
  • Allow to cook til the onions and tomatos fully cooked.
  • Add the flavouring powders chilly powder,pepper powder,turmeric powder ,salt ,curry leaves  and stir them.
  • Add 1 cup of water and close the pan . cook in low flame about 5 minutes .
  • After opening the pan add the sliced halves of eggs into the curry and again cook for  5 more minutes .
  • Serve into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves .
