1. Green chilly
  2. Daal
  3. Cucumber (Vellarikka)
  4. Tomato
  5. Salt
  6. Water
  7. Turmeric powder
  8. Coconut milk
  9. Mustard
  10. Red chilly powder
  11. Oil

Steps of making

  • Wash  the cucumber and peel off the skin  and remove its seeds and slice into small size .
  • put the sliced  cucumber and  daal in a boiling water and cook about 5 minutes with turmeric powder and salt in it.
  • When its cooked well add the sliced tomatos and green chillies into this.
  • Finally add the  blended coconut milk into this and add some red chilly powder  and close the pan about 10 minutes and cook well.When its done move into plate and serve with hot puthai choru .Hav fun
