Homemade ,recipe,no yeast,pan made,easy,simple ,vegetable

This is a panmade pizza recipe.Pizza is flatbread. Its topped with the tomato sauce and cheese .This is a simple pizza recipe everyone can prepare.The main attraction is that its made in a pan .Normally pizza prepares in ovens But this recipe is a pan made pizza with the original taste of the dominos pizza. 

  This recipe contain two step.one is the preparation of the pizza base and the seconde is the preparation of the tomato sauce .Final step is the arrangement of these items in the proper way and the correct cooking time.Please read and  try the below recipe .Hav fun :)


  1. Tomato-4
  2. Chilly powder -2tsp
  3. Salt-2tsp
  4. Sugar-1tsp
  5. Chilly flakes-2tsp
  6. Tomato ketchup-3tsp
  7. Chopped garlic-5
  8. Chopped onions-1
Steps of making

  • Boil some water and add the tomatos.
  •  After taking out from the hot water Remove the skin of tomats and slice it into parts and blendit in a blender .
  • Hot a pan and put some olive oil or butter .
  • Add Finely chopped garlic first and stir well.Then add chopped onions and add the tomato juice we prepared and mix well.
  • Add the chilly flakes ,salt,sugar and tomato ketchup and mix well the whole ingredients and stri well .
  • Then move into a plate and keep aside .

Ingredients of pizza 

  1. All purpose flour(Maida)-3 cup
  2. Sugar-1tsp
  3. Salt-1tsp
  4. Baking powder-1tsp
  5. Baking soda-1/2tsp
  6. Olive oil-2tsp
  7. Yogurt-3tsp
  8. Water-1 cup
  9. Onions
  10. Green chillies
  11. Grated Morzella cheese 

Steps of making pizza

  • Take a bowl and add 3 cups of all purpose flour.
  • Add 1tsp of sugar,1tsp of salt,1tsp of baking powder and 1/2tsp of baking powder.
  • Mix the whole ingredints and make a small space in the middle  of the flour and add 2tsp of oil and 3tsp of yogurt and finally add 1cup of water .
  • Mix the whole ingredients and make the dough by hands .add more water if required .Make the dough by adding more oil if required and put some oil in hands at first it will help you to mix the dough .
  • Cover the dough contain bowl using a wraper and keep aside for atleast 2 hr . 
  • Take out the dough and make two big balls  and press them like chapathis in your required size .This is called base of pizza.
  • Make holes on the  base using fork .
  • Hot the pan and put the pizza base and flip it when one side become cooked.
  • Add the tomato sauce on the pizza base at first and  then add the chopped onions ,chillies and he grated morzella cheese  .You can add more vegetables  like black olives and  capsiccum .
  • Close the pan using its cover and cook til the cheese become melt fully .
  • Serve into a plate and cut using pizza cutter and have fun .
