chicken white kuruma,recipe,homemade,tasty,simple,curry


  1. Chicken-1/2 kg
  2. Cashew nut paste
  3. Badam paste-1/2 cup
  4. Water-1 cup
  5. Pepper powder-4tsp
  6. Salt-3tsp
  7. Green chillies-6
  8. Coriander leaves
  9. Curry leaves
  10. Mint leaves
  11. Corn flour-3tsp
  12. Yogurt-2tsp
  13. garlic paste
  14. Ginger paste
  15. Onion paste-1 cup
  16. Cardamom-4

Steps of making

  • Onion is first boil  in some water and then grind into smooth paste. then Hot some oil in a pan and add the onion paste first.
  • Next adding the cashew paste and badam paste.both pastes  are made by blending them with  some water .
  • Adding the garlic paste,ginger paste,sliced green chillies ,cardamom ,salt,pepper powder into this pan and mix well using a tawa .
  • Next  add the reduce the thickness taste of the spices .just check your taste and add more salt and pepper powder if required.
  • Finally add 1 cup of water and stir well.Then add the cleaned washed chicken pieces into this and again just mix everything and add the urryleaves,mint leaves ,coriander leaves.
  •  Close the pan and cook  about 15 minutes in low flame .
  • When its cooked well serve into a bowl and garnish with fresh coriande  leaves.
