Doughnut is a foreign food .its of two types.we commonly seen fried  doughnuts.its of in different size and shape like round shape ring shape and etc..for the preparation of the  doughnut the first step is  to make the dough.


  1. Milk
  2. Ghee
  3. Sugar
  4. Egg
  5. Yeast
  6. Maida
  7. Salt
  8. Oil
  9. Food colouring (pink)
  10. Butter

Steps of making

  • Melt milk and ghee together.for this purpose first boil milk then add ghee into this  then give time to melt ghee.strr well.
  • Add sugar into the milk.stirr well.
  • Then take a bowl and add this prepared milk and wait to cool.after this add some east and  beated eggs into this.
  • Then add little salt into the milk mixture.then beat well.
  • Take another bowl and add  required maida .and put the milk mixture into this maida.then mix this like chapathi mix.mix well using hands until it become the dough is ready.
  • Close the bowl and wait for  an hour.its for raising the mixture .
  • Then take a frying pan and  put some oil for frying purpose.
  • Roll the dough by hands and make a round shape.and give shape by glass and hole by and round thing (dont forget to put holes in the middle).
  • Fry them in low flame and take it out when its become golden yellow in colour.
  • Then melt the  doughnuts with powdered sugar and coloured and butter and melt it.then spreadout on the hot doughnut.
  • Garnish with whatever you want and serve.
