1. Sugar 
  2. Water 
  3. Maida or  purpose flour 
  4. Corn flour
  5. Fruit salt
  6. Vinegar or lime juice 
  7. Yogurt 
  8. Food  colour 

steps of making 

  •  Take water in pot  and boil.then add some sugar into it .and boil well untill it becomes thicky syrup.
  •  Then take a pot and some maida or  purpose flour ,    cornflour ,yogurt and mix well.
  •  Then add some vinegar or lime juice and water.
  •  Then add the mixture into the jilebi making bottle 
  •  Fry them.and dip it in the sugar syrup and after sometime take it out from the that syrup.
