carrot burfi,recipe,carrot recipe


  1. Carrot-2 cup
  2. Milk powder-1/2 cup
  3. Sugar-1/2 cup
  4. Butter-250g
  5. Cashewnut-5 
  6. Dates-2
  7. Cardamom powder-


  • Heat butter in a pan and add grated carrots and saute them about 10 minutes in low flame  .
  • Add milkpowder into this and mix well.again cook for some more time.
  • After some time add sugar ,cardamom powder and mix gently.
  • Allow to cool in refrigerator about 1 hour .
  •  Garnish with dates and cashews .
