chicken kabab,recipe,pan made kabab


  1. Chicken-200 g
  2. Salt-1 tsp
  3. Pepper powder-1 tsp
  4. Garlic paste-1 tsp
  5. Ginger paste-1 tsp
  6. Lemon juice-1/2 lemon
  7. Oil-
  8. Yogurt-1tsp
  9. Skewers
  10. Corn flour- 1 1/2 tsp
Steps of making 
  • Take  chicken flush and slice them to square cubes.
  • Add salt,garlic ginger paste ,pepper powder ,corn four,yogurt and mix well. Finally add some lemon juice.
  • Keep the pan ready on the gas for 10 minutes  and pour  some oil in the pan .
  • After 15 min of marination  add the mainated chicken pieces into the skewers by piercing them right through the center.Add 5 pieces in one skewer and apply marinated masala over it .
  • Place the chicken stick on the pan  and lift the stick and check its ready .then flip the sides 
  • Sprinkle some  chopped curry leaves and   more pepper powder on it.
  • Move into a plate and garnish with tomato,capsiccum and onions.
