Ingredients
- Bitter guard-2
- Curd-3tbsp
- Salt-1tsp for frying and 1tsp for gravy
- Turmeric powder-1tsp
- Chilly powder-1tsp
- Garlic paste-1tsp
Steps of making
- Wash bitter guard and slice them roundly manner.
- Marinate bitter gourd with chilly powder,salt,turmeric powder and garlic paste .
- Fry the marinated bitter gourds in hot oil and move to a bowl .
- Add 3tbsp of curd into this and mix well. Add more salt if required.
