Ingedients

  1. Egg-4
  2. Potato-3
  3. Salt-1tsp
  4. Turmeric powder-1tsp
  5. Coconut milk-1cup
  6. Red chilly powder-1tsp
  7. Coriander powder-1tsp
  8. Tomato-2
  9. Onion-1
  10. Green chillies-6
  11. Curry leaves

Method

  • Beat 4 eggs in a bowl and fry them by putting little by little in a pan .Then slice them in cubic anner and keep aside.
  • Put a pan on fire and add sliced onions,potato,tomatos,green chillies and add  turmeric powder,chilly powder,coriander powder ,salt,curry leaves  .Cook this along with water about 10 minutes .Switch off the fire when its done.
  • Add grated coconut in a jar and add water  .blend on high till the coconut is ground well.Strain in a fine sieve and collect the extract in a bowl.
  • Add the coocnut milk in the vegetables mixture and cook til its boiled .
  • Hot oil an another pan and add chopped small onions and put this into the mixture we prepared before .
  • Finally add the cubically sliced eggs into the gravy and serve the hot tasty egg masala curry into bowl .
