muringayila curry ,vegetable  curry,veg recipe

Ingredients 

  1. Turmeric powder-1tsp
  2. Chilly powder -1tsp
  3. Garlic-1tsp
  4. Red Chilly flakes-2
  5. Daal-1 cup
  6. Tomato-1
  7. Green chillies-3
  8. Small onions-5
  9. Salt-1/2 tsp
  10. Drumstick leaves-2 cup
  11. Water-1/2 cup
Steps of making
  • Pressure cook Drumstick leaveswith   daal ,tomato,green chillies,small onions,garlic in water.Also add  Turmeric powder ,chilly powder,salt and cook for about 1 whistle.
  • Hot a pan and crackle some mustard in oil and add red chilly flakes . Pour this into the cooker .Serve into a bowl and have with rice .
