  1. Mango-3
  2. Green chillies
  3. Salt-4tsp 
  4. Chilli powder-1 1/2 tsp
  5. Mustard-1tsp
  6. Vinegar-1tbsp
  7. Asafoetida-1/2tsp

Steps of making

  • Slice managoes and dry them two days by putting   4tsp of salt .
  • Hot a pan and crackle  some mustard in oil.
  • Add 1 1/2 tsp of  chilly powder and add the dried mangoes along with green chillies  .Then stir well.
  • Finally add some vinegar and asafoetida then mix slowly and close the pan about 5 minutes .allow to cool and preserve in bottles .
